Just tested the patch out works fine.
a friend helped me out to get it online, I just downloaded this new patch, from modding/hacks section of forums.

Friend request me? Instant Blockage from IP

*NEW* Jump Hieght_10 Jumps 3x higher than actaul jump
Unlimited ammo
Insta reload w/slieght of hand.
