I accidentally downloaded a Keylogger and now it won't let me delete it. Can someone please help me on how? If it matters I downloaded it on Windows 7.

When I right click and select delete, this comes up:

Try again does nothing. And as you can see here there is nothing open except my internet browser:

run your pc in safe mode than delete it

Try restarting ur computer then deleting it that might work

And I do that how? I'm not smart when it comes to this category on PC's lol.

Press CTRL + alt + delete and try to look for some suspicious processes.
