What is actually banned on the xbo360 when the consoole gets banned?

no only the console is banned but you can still you all of the stuff for it on another xbox.

Dude, the keyvault is the binary information inside your xbox that they ban
You can use your xbox still to do anything offline. All that a 'ban' does is stop you from signing in to xbox live.
