which one should i do.
where can i buy a cheap jtag(unbanned. possibly have files on it already
should i buy new or used jtag.
what kind.

There's so many posts about what type of jtag to get. Have a look for your answer first. I would recommend going to the marketplace and buying from one of the sticky's (people with green ticks next to their threads)
