The anti-malware should work u might need to change the name or what not but it worked for me even tho it took awhile to get it to work or what not

I have had this happen to me.
It was a program doing the same thing, I couldn't delete or uninstall it. Nothing anwhere on how to get rid of it.
All I did was search the name of the program on my computer and a hidden folder came up with an uninstal thing.
That worked and it only showed up once more and now it has been gone for months

Maybe that will work?

No the virus or anti-malware blocks you from downloading anti-stuff so you have to change the name of it or download it on another computer then put it on a usb drive and put it on the infected pc but if it is the XP Anti-spyware 2010 or what not u can google how to remove it and there is a step by step thing to remove it :] like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and many more

you could always format your computer, but it wipes everything and starts again. other than safe mode that all i got to help m8, i can giv you windows 7 if you want but it up to you.
