And also, the picture you found through the search looks similar because people make abstract pictures all the time, and it so happens to be that the one the engine found looks someone like mine. i didn't copy anyones background, and i never said i made the WHOLE background and all of its contents from scratch.

Yes, it's someone elses brushes, that they posted for the public to use on a community site. and I didn't just select one brush, click it once and then add the text, there's a number of different brushes in there, and i know i didn't construct the entire background myself, but it's not like i copied and pasted the entire thing and added text.

I see maybe 2 brushes on your work. MAYBE three.
To me it looks like its copied work. (mostly copied)
Anyways, lets just forget that you copied this.
I'll rate it a 5/10 on the basis that you used a "brush" as a centerpoint of your work.

I dont really want to argue with you but I do have to say the picture you have shown us from TinEye is a preview fro a brush set and that brush set was made for public use and I bet you that you have used brushes once in your life too. Thats all I have to say.
