Newest scammer? These boards are filled with them. From day old members starting lobbies for Rep or MS point cards to guys ditching out on their pay pal accounts. Did you expect any less? I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often quite honestly.

It sucks that you got screwed here. In the future you should offer someting attached to your lobby, like your term paper on global warming or something else that you can prove that he received and holds some type of the value. The modded lobby is just a freebie on the side. It avoids the whole messy discussion of what services you really were providing.

no theres no way to prove that i did anything its kinda lame, even a video of me inviting them into the lobby letting them get a kill and instantly prestiging doesnt count as proof. how lame is that?

you can go to jail for scamming, this kid on my friend list just went to trial for scamming some 9 year old $200....
