No one Invented "Quick Scoping" It's just something your able to do As the game allowed it.
Quick Scoping came upon in Call of Duty 4 & If it was found by, someone most people don't know.
Unless your saying who made the "SAYING" up Quick Scope..
That it have came first as Quickly Scoped.

No one will know the answers but, Quick Scoping came very popular when OpTic Nation started back with Machinima.

Quickscoping was invented (founded) by two gamers, "CaLLMeGod" and "Threshold" they are PC Gamers they were professionals they invented quickscoping in 2000 playing Counter Strike, that is where the quickscoping and noscoping came from. They treated noscoping and quickscoping only as a tactic, not a style, which means while sniping they only used it when they needed to, now their legacy has become a style and most players do it alot for competitive gaming. but they still use it as a tactic, a strategy to clutch in game.
CaLLmeGod aka Alyx Evans, and Threshold aka Sean Ryan, still play pc games over console games. They are also the founders of QsK.
