Jtag on Black Ops

I know my jtag was working perfectly online on black ops with the system link infections patch but i know there was a playlist update, and it got patched. However I have heard rumors that someone bypassed it, is that true?

You were never online on your jtag. As for the infections, no, they aren't and will never be patched, because they are dvars, and dvars cant be patched.
