you can get banned for anything, as long as someone reports you more than once. It's a machine that receives the report. There are no human judgements. Take your chances, but you'll be liable to get banned at least once. And once is all it takes.

I have the Zombie taco maps and i have been playing on them since december,and i haven,t heard about people getting banned for using them, but the way Treyarch have been lately i would,nt put it passed them to try.

They cant you have proof its on your hard drive and your not illegally downloading the whole game, I use it too, and I use it online, you cannot get banned.
