did you jtag it yourself? have you actually seen it work? did it come on randomly?

if it did work and came on randomly it means there is a bridged solder joint under the GPU. However if it hasn't worked/or you jtagged it yourself, then chances are it is due to a bad flash, re-flash original nand and start the process again
