Some help for people that don't know what to do:
Step 1: Change your LIVE Id password to something temporary and simple
Step 2: PM me with these details:
PM Me This Info wrote:
- Your Gamertag:
- LIVE ID Email:
- LIVE ID PW:
- Desired Prestige:
- Legit or Insane Stats:
- Unlocks:
- Complete all challenges:
- Do you want coloured classes:
Step 3: I will recover your account and work on it
Step 4: You'll receive a PM letting you know your account is done
Step 5: Recover your account, change your live password, post legit here, and enjoy!

My Vouch for him:
100% Legit, he did one of my accounts yesterday. Took it from level 10 starter to level 70 9th prestige with all the bells and whistles within 20 minutes. He communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what was going on with my account at all times. Not having any rep to give him for it made me feel bad so hopefully my graphics will suffice.
UPDATE:
He just did my second account, also free of charge, extremely fast, less than 10 minutes. This time around all I needed was the weapon unlocks, challenges, and titles. Everything else was left perfectly how it was!

That's not how it works, you have to pm him your details for him to recover your account. Can't take his jTag online but can do it offline. You will then recover your account back after wards and it will have all the niceties that you requested.
