yes ok im wrong they didnt sue them butt someone filled a sapinno against them butt the dmca states you can not ban a console off the game server only the account that was hacked because you paid for they game and you have the right to play the game and if your console gets banned from the game its illegal now if your violating the console developers software then you get console baned for violating terms of service which is legal.

Do some research before replying again. They aren't being sued and aren't going to get sued because of this. You accepted Treyarch"s terms of use and agreement the second you went online. They also have definably told all of their users via their forums what the consequences would be. This is all false information you are giving. yes if you used the modded eboot file to mod 15th and if you got console banned on blackops servers from it you will be unbanned today or tommorrow on the console not the account
