Construability New Mod Menu

This menu does NOT have the overflow error, and has better controls than Quicksilvers menu, srry Quicksilver. But on your menu you cant even scroll up
This was built from scratch by me, with my own coding, nobody elses.

This is VERSION 1.5 due to it not being completely finished once its finished it would be my V2!
