Jesus everyone cut Microsoft some slack its not like when you make a gamertag or sign up for live it asks "are you autitstic have no friends and have nothing better to do than play Xbox all day while your mom encourages it instead of helping you go outside make friends etc" and what are Microsoft supposed to think if everyday he keeps getting new achievments because he never stops playing Xbox and his mom probably buys him new games all the time really think things through before you go running your mouth off how are Microsoft meant to know he was mentally ill?
Besides just because he is autistic it doesnt mean he has a brother or sister that could do it if they share a profile or just wanna help him out you never know maybe the kid did it himself some youtube tutorials ae really easy to follow and if this kid has friends on XBL that mod they could have team viewed him. I could go on but my arms are starting to hurt im just trying to say think about things before you say them most of the people on this site use computers made by microsoft or use software from them so they cant be all bad.
tl;dr:Give Microsoft a chance

Wow, the boy didn't even cheat!

They said in the video that he has no friends because of his learning disability and that's why he had a high amount of gamerscore, because he plays all day (Which is not bad in his situation.)

And then, the mother called microsoft and asked them why he got banned and they couldn't give an answer.

This is why many people do not like microsoft.
