also...this doesnt only apply to ps3 ...it apply's to all console's im sure since its the law

im pretty sure if you dont get unbanned then you can sue them?? im not sure but i would why not? haha

Its against the law on them, so yea.
But i'm sure they unbanned everyone by now,
