This is pretty old, but I never saw anything about it, so im posting! \o/
Requirements:
- Xbox 360
- Computer with Windows Media Center
- Router with both conected
- Cookies
1 - Download the files.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2 - Extract it to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Media Center\Media Center Programs
3 - Add your Roms to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Media Center\Media Center Programs\nes\roms
4 - On your computer, open the emulator with Windows Media Center
5 - Click on Refresh Game List , select Open and Run. The Roms are going to be there.
6 - Now open Media Center on your Xbox (you will need to configure it if is your first time), go to Extras, open the program and enjoy!
Buttons:
A - Enter (A)
B - Go back to Media Center
X - D (B)
Y - O.S.K
Start - Media Center Home
Back - Media Center Back
RB - F (Start)
LB - B (Select)
RS - P (Click or Right)
LS - R (Click)
Notes:
- You are not gonna be banned for this.
- No one will see that you are using the emulator, they will see that you are using media center.
- The computer must be on while you are playing.
- On Windows 7 (and maybe Vista), when you try to go to C:\[...]\All Users\Start Menu it says that the access is denied. I don't know how fix this, if anyone knows, please share with us (and I will uptade the tutorial).
- Plugins for Windows Media Center are something that can be really usefull for us. The only in-game emulator that I could find is this one. So im suggesting to someone here with time and experience to do an "All-in-one Emulator" for Media Center. It may be difficult, but I think that will worth it! (I can help, but im noob )
PS:Tutorial made by me. Original link / tutorial [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . And sorry my bad english \o/
