Hey I've ordered my JTAG-able Xenon xbox over ebay and I'm obviously wanting to JTAG it. In the tutorials i've seen, people say to use the kynar wire, which isn't sold anywhere near where I live. I was wanting to know if I could use a different, more common type of wire instead of kynar. Thanks and please reply.

you would be able to use the wire out off a old cat5 cable

(30awg wire-wrap wire) or some wire outta the printer cable you are going to use if it long enough

Yeah i just looked up the 30awg wrapping wire and I found it at my radioshack. Thank you all for helping me!

ok one more tiny, little question. This may sound stupid, but i'm new at this.. Does it matter what color the wire is because there are blue, red, and white wires. Definitely a nooby question lol I'm new at this.

no its all the same gauge just differ colors for differ things you use it for so you know whats what when you can't see them
