As of yesterday my xbox live has been running very slow i just want to know if this is been happening to anyone else or if anyone has any solutions and knows what the problem is if i try and connect to a match it says downloading playlist for ages and wont find any players or sometimes it will freeze !!! i cant even recover my account back and i cant listen to voice messages i usually have a really good connection also i dont think its anything to do with my connection as my laptop is running smoothly!
right now im on xbox live on mw2 tryn to find game modes this is what it says! =

Its probably your connection Unplug your router and then plug it back in.

Reset ur modem by unplugging it then it will assign you a new ip which will in tur reset ur nat to open
