Don't spam the forums. Seriously
What you can do is contact Microsoft. You can also click "forgot password" when trying to sign in to your email. Follow the steps until you can reset your password
Then you get your account back

Use your recovery questions to reset the password. If you used an alternate email the password will be sent to that.
Also, if you used that password for anything else I would change it. Facebook, paypal, e-mails, msn, aim, myspace, twitter, youtube etc. If someone gets one password you use for all of the above, your in trouble.
I would start changing all your passwords now.
Do a full virus scan Norton, MalwareBytes, spybot, adaware or whatever you have. System restore to the last point where you know your computer was secure.
