You can get console ban but if he calls Microsoft immediately then your screwed. They will

track it down and try to help the person who lost the money. I don't think there is

anything you can do this is Fraud. If you do get ban just get a new xbox. They won't

provide information on your ban. They really don't do crap. Should of never done that.

Why scam in the first place? Don't ever use someone else card this should be a lesson for

you!
