1) If You Were The Goverment Doing "Area 51" Stuff And Word Got Out About It Existing. What Would You Do? Deny It. Wrong. You Deny It Publicly, But then create A Rumor About It. So Say Your Breeding Aliens There. You Say Oh Theres Aliens In Area 51. Because Then When It Becomes A Rumor. It Turns To BullSh1t. So Who Knows
