If it was to work then this would be the only way to do it.
So either way, you're eventually going to have to do it this way.

You could of done Initial Setup again and you got 1 month free because Microsoft give you 3 accounts with 1 free month of gold...

Guys I finally got it working.

Just creating an account and everything works until you try to purchase the item. It will check your IP and doesn't start the download. Normal http tunnels don't work, so I had to setup a VPN server and connect through an US-IP.

Everything worked fine now, I will write a tutorial for people to access foreign xbox live marketplaces since I know that many people on here need it. ( i got at least 10 pms from people telling me that they have the same issue )
