The black hole brings you to random spot on the map usually outside...it does not bring you to pack-a-punch and there aren't a ton of zombies standing right where u end up....it's nice if u are stuck in a place you can just jump right through it and you usually end up in a better area

I've jumped in it. It takes you to a random part of the map you had already unlocked. Pretty much an escape plan.
