Its like a TV with a bright white screen in the distance, shoot the screen with a sniper. Sorry about the lousy directions but im hopefully making a video tomorrow.

if you walk into the sideroom with the juggernog machine
in it there is a bunch of mechanical equipment. i hear beeping in that area but im not sure if that has anything to do with it but its worth a try

If anyone knows what your supposed to shoot PLEASE let me know.

I just spent an hour trying it and nothing happend.

Before i got off i pack-a-Punch'ed my dragonouv and got 3x Zoom so I'll try that tomorrow.

And the thing i was trying to shoot was a light pointing at a satalite tower.
