well ive been "playing the maps at my friends house" all day and turned of xbox multiple times and still nothing, i know its the first day but i dont believe it. the only proof ive seen that someone was banned was only a picture of someone (from europe, you can tell by the date setup) and it dosnt say why, the only definite proof that it was ban because of maps would be the email ms sends to you

Unless its hundred if not thousands of people using the same profile with the download... Then that could be a problem no?

the downloads have certain serial numbers, and when multiple people are using the maps it becomes flagged and you get a ban for piracy, if its between like 2 or so people your fine and on the console your fine, but many diff accounts and consoles will flag the map pack and ban the users

yea thats true too but theresnot alot of prof that u can get banned

I have a theory they are banning people because

1-As every1 know's they troll this website and many other's.
2-People post link's here..
3-People reply to there post thanks man working fine..
4-gayarch click there profile
5-BAM there gamertag is right there?
6-no skin of there back get the gamertag n ban it from black op's.

Well that's what i think there doing, i could defenitly be wrong.

But as the OP state's iv'e being playing GoD's n Arcade's/DLC using modded profile for month's and nether NETHER been banned.

i pirateed and dont care if i get caught, treyarch has a stick up their a** they got to realize that their games sucks. sure mw2 had mods, but it was all around better
