is this an infectable patch or is it a 10th patch where you can only host online to get the mod menu??

PROGRESS OF THIS MENU HAS STOPED BECAUSE THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM THAT EVERYTIME I CLICK ON A CERTAIN OPTION ON THE MENU IT GIVES ME THIS ERROR:
G_FindConfigstringIndex overflow [382]. I THINK ITS DUE CUS OF TOO MUCH TEXT ON THE SCREEN, IF YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS MSG ME ON AIM: VeRiiFyE I WILL GIVE YOU THE PATCH 3 DAYS BEFORE RELEASE!
