Whenever its night and i have to go downstairs to get something, when i come up i have to run up the stairs really quickly because i think someones going to grab me. i dont know why i've just always had this fear

Spiders. Like the frist guy said. Sometimes I get to things and crush the spider, then hold it there for at least 3 minutes.

Edit: Then i evacuate the area because i think there family is going to come and hunt down there killer.

Grasshoppers. Those things scare the living sh1t out of me. If I see one, I'll start to gag and I'll have to run inside. If I see one inside, I immediately evacuate the area and call for my mother to kill it.
