Ok i have a 20gig harddrive but i want to buy a higher 1
but i dont know my xbl account details so i wont be able to recover it to my new hard drive. is there any way i can move my account from 1 hard drive to another without recovering my GT?

If you cant verify anything then you will need to buy a transfer cable
EDIT: actually if you can find your credit card information I'm sure that you would be able to use that to get some information from them or they might be able to assign a new email.
