i don't think you can get banned from getting free map packs. it only means that you have to be extra careful with drawing attention. like modding,. glitching to 15th. that sort of stuff. Not to mention if you gather a bunch of negative reports. Treyarch will then run a background check on your account and see that you didn't download the map packs legitimately. But if you keep a clean image online. nobody would suspect a thing. Which is obviously hard to do with all the douchebag haters running around.

This is true if you got the maps from a friend but if you got the maps off of a modding website treyarch knows what gts are being used and can ban you for those

not neccesarily because waw maps were not downloadable content plus that doesnt affect microsoft at all
