Ok, Hey guys look I was permanently banned from blackops for Hacking Map Pack Yesterday. I finally bought 1600 today after the ban and i decided to change my name. So when I changed my name I was like kk, let me try black ops, And it worked. Im assuming this method should work it is a risk of 800 but im sorry i dont have proof to show like a video but i can explain why it worked.

My old account Fitz781, which got banned was banned from the servers but only by the gamertag not the ip, so if they ban you like that even if you tried the ip method then that means that they will reset you but they will let you play if you change your name....Which means your a whole new player coming on blackops. so heres the steps.

Here are the steps:

First you will need at least 800 microsoft points.

Second change your name to whatever you want.

Third click ok sign out and back in.

Fourth start up black ups and click on multiplayer/ player match

Lastly you should be able to 100% play blackops.
