Im cant decide between those two because one of them has 12GB ram and 3.06GHz processor and the other one has 8GB ram and 3.40GHz processor.

And the one with 12GB Ram and 3.06GHz processor has a motherbord which supports Intel Core i7 Extreme while the other one doesnt.

well, if you want to spend the money, get the one with the 12gig RAM and buy an i7 (but i7s are about $500, but it will be VERY fast)

If you plan on overclocking when you'd normally upgrade, get the 12GB of RAM so you can get a Intel i7 (or future model) and OC it - keep in mind this is in the future when you'd be planning on upgrading, you'd just have to OC your i7 and upgrade to futuristic graphics cards. I'd look into Dell atm, even though I build my own computers Dell has a great deal right now where you get 30% off with free shipping and a free extended warranty.. after those barebones, Windows, and needed add ons it'll be ~$1500. You could get a $1500 Dell for $1100.. it comes prebuilt saving you the trouble and a extended warranty on every piece inside. You won't be able to have the upgrade accessibility but I personally chose a new Dell laptop instead of building my own for the warranty, but built my Desktop last week (college started).
