No only 16. That's what JD_2020 said. When you upgrade the Raygun it shoots red rays instead of green rays.

@wethegamerz how many guns can be upgraded ??? @BigSilk79 you can upgrade all your guns. The names for the upgraded guns are ftw.

Hmm.... We know the Browning and MG42 are upgradeble (videos). And the ray gun and wunder waffe as well. But I bet that each weapon thats upgraded will shoot faster, do more damage, and have explosive rounds, but my guess would be that each gun might have its own indvidual special upgrades, like the bazooka (if upgradeble) would probably be this giant explotion. A powerful weapon as the ray gun doesnt really need upgrades, but to improve it, the upgrades could be that the explosive rounds from the ray gun no longer hurt you! this way you can shoot em' all up close without killing youself!

i think all of the guns will be upgradeable but they will all have different effects when they get out of it

There is one gun that you know is upgradeable.... The browning because its in the video

the guns will not shoot faster because this would defeat the point of double tap root beer

it upgrades the the capacity of a clip and damage diff for each weapon

As Josh Olin / JD_2020 (Treyarch Community Manager) said in the video interview there are 16 upgradable weapons.

This means that not all weapons are upgradable. As for the arisaka, we dont even know if it will be in this map. It was new for Shi No Numa and the Kar98K wasnt in Shi No Numa nor was the springfield (If I remember correctly). However there were new weapons in it.

That could mean different guns for the starters and stuff.
