I agree with everyone here that it is wrong.
But lets look at some facts, microsoft had no way of knowing this kid has autism. And the replies his mother got are from an un-monitored system account. I'm sure if she can get hold of higher authority this situation can be resolved.

I heard about this before and 2nd what Ant has stated, it is unfortunate that it did happen but u cant completely blame Microsoft as they had no way of telling he was autistic, however they should be over to tell if he is legit or not
