Well i no a HD PVR Isnt a capture card, but that is the best for recording.

id say hd pvr from hauppague as its in 1080p hd, however theres loads in 1080p but i like that 1

Hauppauge HD PVR or Black Magic.

HD PVR can do more than the Black Magic with amazing quality, yet Black Magic's quality is equal to the HD PVR, cheaper, but with less possibilities to be done with it.

Black Magic Intensity is good, but a little harder than the others to set up and is 199$
