Hey well for alot of those u can just go threw the modding forum and get some tuts on how to do it if u have a transfer cable (should be free from microsoft or can buy them for a wee bit) or if ur rlly into modding u can get a jtag and homebrew codes (make your own coding and change games into what you want aka god mode, ufo mode, teleportation, unlock all lobbys, speed mods,etc) there are alot of tools u can download to help with almost any game and alot of ppl on this site including me willing to help you with anything and if i dont kno how to do it, there prob is someone who does =] hope i helped

Yeah the first step for becoming a modder is purchasing a transfer cable. They are cheap and you can mod your gamerscore, gamertag, and spec ops for MW2. They are very fun to use. The next step is a jtag but they are very complicated and a large investment for buying key vaults. If you have any other questions you can pm me!!

Yeah you're going to atleast need a transfer cable to do any mods, they're only 10-12 bucks usually.
