Regularly the mod/admins post certain parts of the forum rules over various amounts of threads stated the rules then closing a topic
yet still a considerable amount of ppl moan about the mods not replying to a PM etc.
well it must stop i see new and new members every day joining the community ppl may see this as a good thing. Maybe it is, but in certain reasons it isn't the newer members take no regards of the rules wat so ever they regularly spam topics causing the forums un-needed spam.
and mods have to close more topics

global modz had an idea as i was ranting
that the rules should be regularly re=instated in a global announcement rather than being
[hidden] under a section in the home page.
also when a new member joins the site they should have to read the rules
[maybe to incourage them to read the rules; write in red underneath the rules 'Warning: If you brake these rules u will be warned and banned for a considerable amount of days'.]
If a Mod See's This Plz Take It On Board as it will make your job easier and the site cleaner

The staff do the best they can. There are over 250,000 members so not everything will go accordingly. Just be patient.
