I have released the "Forza Motorsport 3 Ultimate Collection DLC" packs to VIP's only. Now its been 1 week and its now to all members.
NEW: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You will probably need to use a Jtag for the Forza Motorsport 3 Top Gear Theme but the GXG theme was created using Modio.

TuT- Note: 3.4GB Required for all content! The folder that the DLC goes in can be created with any Forza Motorsport 3 track or car pack currently on your Xbox, just put it on you USB first and make sure you have the space.
Use: Usb Xtaf Explorer (to insert files into usb)
WARNING: Do not connect to the internet when using this because you will be stoped from using it for these types of files. Use: Zone Alarm to block internet connection or disconnect your PC from the internet.
