this happened to me. they set a case number and said they would "Investigate" the problem, its been 3 weeks, i called xbox last night, and they said "we are still sending the information to the investigative team" the account hasent even been locked yet, and earlier I saw him posting selling my account. if anyone wants to know its "uQt"

people cant "hack" your account. you gave him your email and password and there is no use in trying to lie about it. even if he did hack it, how did you et his name? what, do hackers nowadays send out messages to the people they hack? no. also, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE CAN DO ABOUT IT?! we don't work for miscrosoft, nor do we claim. Now to the real point. If you want to get your account back, call microsoft and tell them someone "hacked" your account. if you provide the correct info (email, secret question, etc) they will give your account back to you. easy as that.

If you spent a great deal of money on that account, I'm pretty sure you can sue him.
And if you have a credit card on the account, you can probably get him on identity theft, like the other user said.

Contact Microsoft about it.

Don't let the hacker get away with it.

Yea yall get this hacker banned and yes i did got hacked.my friend got hacked but i started laughing saying haha u gave his email and he said he didnt days later im hacked WTF!?! i know for sure he didnt pay the hacker or he was up 2 it cuz i know he wouldnt do that.but this "ivestgation" bs really? my acc expires March 25. so betta just buy another 3 month i guess idk

No way he could hack you with out you giving him ur info, only thing people can do is ip ban with their kane and able. I Respect ur post but you must of did something wrong.

1. Call microsoft, wait a month or two for them to reply with the details of your hacked account status (I've been waiting for mine for a month so far and nothing >.<)

2. Make a new account with 1 free month of gold.

All i need is your gamertag I dont know of any program or anything that does it but it is possible

You most likely got phished or some type of malware was installed
