Hi, well first of all i didn't really see a topic about this, and this seems to be the easiest way to do it !
What you will need:
How to fix it:
There are 2 methods to fix it.
1. Unplug everything from your xbox and plug everything back in
2. If method 1 doesn't work, use simplest way which is Opening and Closing the tray for 10-15 minutes, (might take longer or even less!) until the CD actually starts to work !

Actually what works for me is changing the way my xbox sits. I'll put the disc in, set it horizontal, take it out, set it vertically, put the disc in, close the tray, rinse and repeat. Usually only takes a few tries like that.

Longest time to keep going for me was 20min. But the CD was scratched aswell
