So I was thinking, lots of people are just throwing out random theories and ideas for something you could try and do after you get the death machines.

While I personally believe (for multiple reasons.) that it stops at the death machines.. I though I'd throw an idea out there.

When you collect all 4 lights on the machine in the swamp area, then throw down the Gersch device and begin shooting into it with your upgraded guns what I'm thinking is you could wait for it to explode (which gives you the death machines.) and then throw down another gersch device, and once you get the death machines either shoot them into it (probably useless.) or jump into it while you have the death machines.

Those two things are probably both useless ideas but I am extremely bored, and extremely tired, and wanted to make a post about something.
