I had this on my laptop, got to the point where it would freeze on startup, so i threw it away. anyway the problem with it is the memory is faulty, i wouldn't take it to a pc shop as all they do is take it apart say they have fixed it but they haven't. If you have got warranty, get it replaced. if not then replace the memory (if that is possible).

Okay, I was browsing the windows support forum, and it looks as if one of your drivers, has failed. It may be the video card, etc..
But here, take a look at this..
This is the latest suggestion(copied below). I haven't tried it because I've uninstalled BitDefender and am using AVAST free trial right now. I'm just too tired of creating problems to try it....just wondering if you'd already tried this? Thanks.
After analyzing the logs it seems that the BSOD is caused by the network card
driver.
1. Please download the driver available here on the Desktop:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
2. Then boot the system in Safe Mode(without networking), go to
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
and look for the driver called E100B.sys or e100b325.sys - copy it and save it
to another location on your system.
Now Copy the driver you downloaded at step 1 into the folder
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
and override the current driver that you have there.
Boot the system in normal Windows mode and check in order to see if you still
have an Internet connection and if the BSOD repeats itself. If you do not have
an Internet connection like this, boot the system in Safe Mode and copy the
driver you moved at step 2 back to its original location.
If you don't want to do that, or you're not sure about the problem.
Copy all details and head over to the windows forums.
