Just to let you know.
When you download the profile it has the email still on there.
Microsoft can see what account it is via email.
E.G Prince of crack.
And maybe they can see who's been trying to connect with that email.

Well my theory is that it is just the people who have been using the infections. I have been using Ecko's "Prince of Crack" profile from x360iso since the day it came out and have not been banned since. I just finished playing zombies a little while ago using that account and I have no ban. I really think it just people who have been doing actual things to get banned.
I think that when people report you, they (Treyarch) look at the time of report, look at the recent game movies, and check to see if you were "modding" or "glitching." Since they can't tell if it is a j-tag or infection, they just assume the worst and ban you. Since they think they are j-tags, they report you to M$ for console modification which results in the permaban.
Most people I know have only been suspended for 15th hacks and offensive emblems, and still this is only a Black Ops server ban. The thing is, with the new addition of the recent game movies stored on the servers, they can practically see anything you do in your games. So if people see you with god mode or aim bots, all they have to do is report you and BAM!.. you're banned.
This really has nothing to do with M$ losing money because if that logic were true, M$ would be doing this for EVERY illegally downloaded DLC and XBLA game since they all use M$ points, not just for Treyarch. I use MANY DLC and XBLA using the profile load method and all is well. I assume with the posting of youtube videos about this glitch that it will soon no longer work, but it is still working for everyone I know.
The reason I think this is completely false is because there is NO proof at all! A very simple screen-capture of the e-mail would easily clear up all this confusion.
