I heard you can get two thunderguns in one game by PAP'ing the first one then hitting the box until you get one...is that possible?

This is not true. You can only get one Thundergun in a game.

yes, but there is an EXTREMELY small chance of a second one, and if the non-PAP gun is changed to ZEUS CANNON the 2nd cannon is lost
