I think this is going to be the last map pack unless they already have mp4 done and there going to release within the next month! who knows

Personnally i think there will be a MP4.
Because of the fact of having a zombie in each Country included in COD5,

So far there has been 3 i think
Nazi Zombies = Nacht Der Untoten
Nazi Zombies = Verruct
Imperial Zombies = Shi no Numa

Perhaps there could be a Russian map and a
American map

Treyarch arnt making MW2 so i think they will continue to make these map packs which have been selling in millions!
