It all depends on you really,
If you set up a healthy diet and a good routine of workouts I would say about half a year,
Don't believe them silly ads they put on the telly, Because I've been working out my abs out for a year and only have a 4 pack
These things don't just happen overnight

Really, the trick to getting a six pack is Cardio.
Run, bike, swim for a good 30 min. a day.
If you drop your body fat percentage from ___ to 6-10%, you will see awesome results!

Voltorb wrote I've been playing club soccer for 6 years and I have a sick **** six pack!
Im 117 pounds /13 years old
Keep working you will get one!
You are one tiny soccer player.
I myself was around 140 at that age playing club soccer. I am a defender though, so that'd explain it.
Six packs take up to 3 months of tough work, depending on your age.
