behind the pap is a blueish liquid inside is a key. kinda like in harry potter 6 with the horcrux at the bottom of the bowl. the blueish liquid is from the picture on the loading screen. the death machines will be locked once you get to the secret room so you can use them until you kill samantha (you don't actually kill her but you make her flee to the moon and the paw print disappears). then the death machines get swapped out (like they did when you first got them) and replaced with ppsh's and another pap machine in the secret room to use. the pap room doesnt open the pap machine is destroy and behind it is the liquid with a key like in the loading screen picture. liquid is i assume element 115 (wonderwaffe stuff) the key spawns the new room and also the pap machine #2 similar to the clocks, buttons, glowing light, ect. ALL CREDIT TO CPTHREEE
