i want a .gif file

If you can here is what I want:

I want the circle nuke sign make sure it is a circle one. i want it on a black background with it spinning in a clock wise postion and while it is spinning i want it to change color from yellow to purple to orange to blue to green then back to yellow


then under the Circle nuke sign i want the text xNUCLEARxMODZx to change color in the same order but make sure the text does not spin

Nah, dude you have to have patience. If you want it done faster pay.
The only reason I am taking a little longer is cause people are purchasing alot & I only do request who people pay for right away.
