Another tutorial
So heres my video showing you me modding black ops zombies.

Text tutorial

Step 1:
Open up modio.
Step 2:
Find your profile by using the explore my device on modio, or use a Xbox profile mover, (xPort360... etc..)
Step 3:
Extract your device to a well remembered place i.e desktop..
Step 4:
Drag your profile into modio or click the resigner window and load your profile.
Click file contents and look for the gpd 41560855.gpd and right click and click replace file with the gpd in the description or folder you downloaded.
Step 5:
Click Basic or general info and rehash and resign 3 times.
Step 6:
Put the profile back onto your hard-drive.
Step 7:
Take out the internet source at the back of your xbox, ethernet cable or wireless adapter.
Step 8:
Delete TU#4 ( Title Update #4 )
By Going to system settings - memory - games - black ops - title update #4.
Step 9:
Load up black ops and ignore the instructions just click A for xbox X for PS3.
Step 10:
Click Zombies then solo then kino der toten or five.
