i dont think this will work at all

I tried this awhile ago. I didn't say it was a spelling error. I said that my brother changed my gamertag thinking he was on his account. They let me change it.

It won't work because they will check what you just bought or recently bought and when it was purchased. So they will have no record of you changing your name.

And besides, doesn't Microsoft tell you when changing your name you MUST make sure you spell it correctly or else it's not there problem in the ToU?

lol i got this done by saying that people were posting my gamertag on certain sites to get my spammed and there was so many that i couldnt keep blocking them and they gave me the name change

I think you are confused they dont change the gamertag you change it when you next sign in they just click a button called force change and it signs you out then you sign in and you change it to what ever you want they dont change it for you!
